Cross Trails Medical Center provides preventative care, treatment of routine illness and injury and monitoring and treatment of chronic health conditions with a focus on care of the diabetic patient. On-site laboratory and x-ray services are available. Services are provided for the entire family.
Cross Trails Medical Center is a private, non-profit, tax exempt 501(c) 3, consumer directed organization which is designated as a Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC). The organization was formed in 1995 to serve the medically indigent who reside in our service area.
