About Us

Cross Trails Medical Center (CTMC) is a Federally Qualified Health Center(FQHC) and a Community Health Center (CHC) under a grant by the Public Health Service in 1995. The first clinic established by CTMC was located in Marble Hill, Missouri (MO) and opened its doors in October 1995. In 1997, a site was established in Cape Girardeau, MO and in 1999 a third clinic was opened in Advance, MO. CTMC currently serves the underserved in Cape Girardeau, Bollinger, Stoddard and surrounding counties in Southeast MO.

CTMC provides primary medical services at all three clinic locations and provides general dental services at the Marble Hill and Cape Girardeau clinics.

CTMC continues to add new services and new providers to ensure its patients increase their quality and years of healthy life. Overall, Cross Trails Medical Center has been and continues to be a driving force in the health care of the communities in which it serves. 

CTMC qualifies for both federal and state Loan Repayment Programs for medical and dental professionals. 

Mission Statement:

The mission of Cross Trails Medical Center, a Community Health Center, is to provide affordable, accessible, quality health care to all within the designated service area. These services will be provided without regard to age, race, creed, disability, or economic status. These services consist of usual and customary services as defined by the term primary care. Every effort will be made to refer patients with health care issues outside the primary care focus to qualified providers.
